航空配餐建筑是用于为航班提供餐食服务的一种比较特殊的工业建筑类型,具有功能特殊、流线复杂、形象重要、细部要求高等特点。以北京大兴机场南航基地配餐中心建筑设计为例,从总平面规划设计、功能流线设计、立面造型设计、室内细部设计等几个方面,对此类型建筑的相关设计特点进行阐述与总结。

The air catering building is a special type of industrial building used to provide catering services for flights. It has special functions,complex streamline,important image and high requirements for details. Taking the air catering architectural design of China Southern in Beijing Daxing International Airport as an example,the author expounds the relevant characteristics of this kind of building design from the aspects of general plan design,function and streamline design,form design,interior details design,etc..
