摘要
随着工艺技术革新,大跨厂房日益增多,结合传统厂房对柱间支撑的设计,针对设计中未考虑厂房柱纵向刚度影响,通过改变柱距,构件尺寸及支撑层数进行参数化分析,以柱底弯矩和柱顶侧移为指标基本摸清了结构在水平、温度荷载作用下的结构静力性能,提出了厂房柱和支撑的刚度相差不是很大时,应充分考虑厂房柱侧向刚度的影响,得到了一些合理的支撑布置规律,为今后设计提供参考依据。
With the technological innovation,the large span building is increasing day by day,combined with the design of traditional factory building on column bracings,parametric analysis was carried out by changing the column spacing,component size and number of supporting layers,aiming at the influence of the longitudinal stiffness of column that was not considered in the design. The static behavior of the structure under the action of horizontal and temperature is basically found out by the bending moment at the bottom of the column and the lateral movement at the top of the column,and the influence of the lateral stiffness of the column should be fully considered when the stiffness difference between the column and the support is not very big. Some reasonable rules of support arrangement are obtained,which provide reference for future design.
