摘要
以目前我国最大的堆煤球仓--直径66 m,仓体高66. 50 m作为研究对象,利用大型通用ANSYS有限元分析软件,研究了该类型结构有限元建模方法等,之后对其施加了恒荷载、满堆煤容重、风荷载等最不利荷载工况组合,系统探讨了该结构仓壁应力分布规律,所得结果能够应用于实际工程设计。
In this paper,the largest coal pile bunker in China is 66 meters in diameter and 66. 50 meters in height as the research object. Using large-scale general ANSYS finite element analysis software,this type of structure is limited. Meta-modeling methods,etc.,and then applied the most unfavorable load conditions such as constant load,full coal bulk weight,wind load,etc.,systematically discussed the structure of the structure of the wall stress distribution,the results can be applied to actual engineering design.
