摘要
目前,大多数商品混凝土配合比中都掺有减水剂,但是建筑市场上减水剂的品种繁多,质量参差不齐,导致混凝土拌合物经常出现泌水漏浆、离析分层、扒底等现象,严重影响了商品混凝土的应用和建筑工程的质量。通过广泛收集福州市商品混凝土的质量检测数据,分析减水剂对中低强度等级的商品混凝土坍落度、初凝时间及抗压强度的影响,为减水剂的实际工程应用提供科学依据。
At present,most of the commercial concrete mix proportion is mixed with water reducing agent,but there are many kinds of water reducing agent in the construction market,the quality of which is uneven,which often leads to the phenomenon of bleeding,leakage,segregation and stratification,and bottom raking,which seriously affects the application of commercial concrete and the quality of construction engineering. This paper analyzes the influence of water reducing agent on the slump,initial setting time and compressive strength of low and medium strength commercial concrete by widely collecting the quality inspection data of Fuzhou commercial concrete,so as to provide scientific basis for the practical engineering application of water reducing agent.
