摘要
门式支架因其装拆效率高、机动性强等优点,被广泛应用于跨公路、河道的连续现浇梁中。门式支架拼装过程中碗扣架搭设、贝雷梁片组合及混凝土浇筑均会影响整体结构内力及应力的分布。基于Midas Civil对门式支架进行分析,通过分析结构强度、变形的超限情况,对贝雷架的支撑条件进行对比研究,为设计过程中的注意事项提供参考,为施工提出建议。
Because of its high efficiency,high maneuverability and so on,the portal frame is widely used in the continuous castin-place beam of highway and river. In the process of assembling the portal frame,scaffold cuplok jointing,bailey truss combinating and concrete pre-casting will affect the distribution of the internal force and stress of the whole structure. Based on the Midas Civil analysis of portal frame,through the analysis of situation of structural strength,deformation,a comparative study was conducted on the supporting conditions of bailey truss in order to give some advice during the design and construction process.
