跨座式单轨钢轨道梁小曲线半径影响分析

摘要 跨座式单轨交通线采用钢结构轨道梁相比预应力混凝土轨道梁跨越能力更强,常用于跨越城市路口、河道等复杂地段,设计轨道梁需适用于各种线路曲线半径。以某市跨座式单轨交通线上跨度60 m的连续钢箱梁桥为研究对象,利用有限元软件对各种曲线半径下的设计轨道梁静力性能指标进行对比分析,以探究设计轨道梁对各种曲线半径的适用性。结果表明,曲线半径小于300 m时,曲线半径大小对设计轨道梁的内、外侧主梁的刚度、应力以及支座反力分配影响显著。设计轨道梁在各种曲线半径下具有足够的刚度和强度,结构设计合理,可为同类桥梁的设计提供数据依据和技术参考。 With better span capacity,steel track beam is more desirable than pre-stressed concrete track beam for straddle-type monorail transit line. Straddle-type monorail with steel track beam has been widely used in urban intersections and river courses where the track beam should be designed to adapt to transit lines with different curvature radii. Based on one rail transit project,a design of continuous steel box girder bridge with 60 m span length was introduced in this paper. Static analysis of the designed track beam with different curvature radii was conducted via finite element software so as to find out its applicability. The result shows that curvature radius less than 300 m has a remarkable influence on the rigidity,stress and support reaction of both inner and outer girders. The rigidity and the intensity of this track beam are sufficient. The structure is reasonable,which offers a statistic basis and technical reference to similar design.
