民用建筑节能工程问题分析

Analysis on energy saving engineering problems of civil buildings

针对当前民用建筑节能工程存在的监管不到位、政策不完善、节能技术有待创新、节能设计成本过高、现场施工管理缺失等问题,从完善监管体系、引入信息化管理、加强国际技术交流合作、重视可再生资源利用和完善施工监管制度等角度提出了相对应的改进措施,旨在提高民用建筑节能工程的建设质量。

In view of the existing inadequate supervision,imperfect policies,energy-saving technology to be innovated,high design cost of energy-saving,lack of on-site construction management and other problems in current civil building energy-saving engineering,this paper put forward corresponding improvement measures from the perspectives of improving the supervision system,introducing information management,strengthening international technical exchange and cooperation,paying attention to renewable resources utilization and improving the construction supervision system and other angles,to improve the construction quality of energy-saving engineering in civil buildings.
