摘要
采用响应面法考察了搅拌速率、NaOH投加量、H2O2投加量对涂装废水中铁回收率(REMFe)的联合影响。响应面模型的多元相关系数R2为0. 977 2,说明该模型拟合效果较好。确定了最佳回收条件为:搅拌速率为160 r/min,NaOH投加量为1. 39 m L/L,H2O2投加量为2. 47 m L/L,此条件下REMFe预测值为99. 28%,与验证试验结果基本相符。
The response surface methodology(RSM) has been used for the combined effects of stirring rate,NaOH dosage,and H2O2 dosage on iron recovery(REMFe) of coating wastewater. The multivariate correlation coefficient R2 of response surface model was 0. 977 2,which indicated the model had a good fitting effect. The optimum recovery conditions were the stirring rate was160 r/min,Na OH dosage was 1. 39 m L/L,H2O2 dosage was 2. 47 m L/L. Under these conditions the predicted value of REMFe was 99. 28%,which was basically consistent with the experimental results.
