公路建设项目工程决算编制的研究

Research on settlement compilation for road construction projects

针对公路建设项目工程决算概念不清、认识不足、关键点把握不准、重视程度不够等原因造成工程决算编制不规范、不准确的情况,从工程决算的概念及其组成、编制意义、编制原则等方面进行了系统研究论述,并对编制中应注意的关键问题及如何重视进行分析,以避免工程决算编制质量不符合要求。

According to the unconventional and incorrect engineering settlement compilation caused by unclear definition,insufficient realization,incorrect understanding of key points and insufficient emphasis on the engineering settlement compilation of road construction projects,the paper has the systematic indication from the concept of the engineering settlement and its components,the compilation significance and the compilation principles,and analyzes the attentive key issues in the compilation and the means of paying more attention to it,so as to avoid the inconsistent settlement compilation with the requirements.
