Research on problem and countermeasure of the post-approval management of construction projects

建设项目的批后管理是城乡规划能否科学实施的关键,也是易引发民生问题的重点。通过实地工作调研发现,市、县建设项目批后管理工作存在监管意识不到位、竣工验收问题多、监管内部衔接不够等问题。针对问题,提出明确职责、加大处罚、建立网络、完善信息系统、公众参与等对策。

The post-approval management of construction projects is the key to the implementation of urban planning,and also the key to the livelihood issues. Based on investigation,there are many problems in the the post-approval management of construction projects,such as the lack of supervision,the problems of completion acceptance,and the insufficient internal connection of supervision. In view of the problem,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as clarifying responsibility,increasing punishment,establishing network,improving information system and public participation.
