摘要
为改善医疗项目融资形式单一的现状,结合几个PPP模式现有案例联系医疗机构特征,对医疗机构PPP项目中存在的风险进行了详细分析,从政府干预、回报机制等方面进行了论述,并提出了建立监管机制等方法,以达到提高融资效率的效果。
In order to improve the current situation of single financing form of medical projects,combing with the current cases related to the features of medical institutions of some PPP modes,this paper analyzes the risks in PPP projects of medical institutions,and discusses the government intervention,return mechanism and other aspects. This paper puts forward some methods such as establishing supervision mechanism,etc. to achieve the effect of improving financing efficiency.
