国内互联网医院运营模式的比较

Comparison on operation modes of internet hospitals in China

根据国家文件精神,结合发展现状,系统归纳了国内互联网医院运营的3种主要模式,即实体医院的线上延伸模式(H模式)、实体医院与互联网医疗平台的资源融合模式(H+Ⅰ模式)、互联网医疗平台的线下依托模式(Ⅰ模式)。从主体情况、业务开展、人员结构、客户市场、成本投入、收入情况对3种运营模式进行比较分析。分析认为:国内互联网医院发展势在必行,H模式与Ⅰ模式具有领先优势,其中H模式由于公立医院多年积累的品牌效应具有更强的推广价值;而H+Ⅰ模式受制于目前政策条件,合作关系尚未理顺,运营可能遇阻;同时,不应忽视互联网医院的运营本质是医疗服务管理,信息安全和医疗安全的风险防控是互联网医院运营的底线问题。

In accordance with the spirits of relevant national documentation and in connection with relevant development status,the following three main modes of internet hospital operation in China were systematically summarized:the online extension mode for physical hospitals(H Mode),the resource integration mode combining physical hospitals and internet medical platforms(H+ⅠMode),and the offline support mode for internet medical platforms(ⅠMode).Judging from the main body,business development,personnel structure,customer market,cost input,and income,the above-mentioned three operating modes were compared and analyzed.The analyses showed that the development of internet hospitals were imperative and that both H Mode andⅠMode had leading advantages,with H Mode having a stronger promotion value due to the brand effect accumulated by public hospitals over the years.However,due to the limitation of current policy conditions,the cooperative relationship of H+ⅠMode has not been untangled and the operation may encounter obstacles.At the same time,it should never be ignored that the essence of internet hospital operation is medical service management,and that the risk prevention and control in terms of information security and medical safety is the bottom line for internet hospital operation.
