国家物流枢纽建设视角下物流业对区域经济活力影响的评价

Evaluation of Impact of Logistics Industry on Regional Economic Vitality from Perspective of National Logistics Hub Construction

在国家物流枢纽建设的背景下,利用灰色关联度分析(Grey Relational Analysis,GRA)从区域物流业的投入水平、产出水平、区域经济活力的显性水平、潜在水平四个维度选取16个物流业对区域经济活力的影响因子,分析物流相关指标与经济活力之间的关联度。针对23个省市,运用因子分析法(Factor Analysis)建立区域经济活力评价指标体系,进行先进、良好、中等、落后四个等级的划分,广东、江苏、山东位于区域经济活力前列,并针对不同等级分析影响其经济活力的成因。研究表明:国家物流枢纽城市和非国家物流枢纽城市之间的经济活力存在着较大差异。最后为提高区域经济活力提出了建议和措施。

In the context of the construction of a national logistics hub,we used the grey relational analysis(GRA)to select the 16 influence factors of the logistics industry on regional economic vitality from the four dimensions which were input level,output level,dominant level and latent level of regional economic vitality,and then analyzed the degree of correlation between the logistics-related indexes and economic vitality.Next,in view of 23 provinces and cities,we used factor analysis to establish the regional economic vitality evaluation index system,and divided the provinces and cities into four categories which were advanced,good,medium,and backward.According to the system,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Shandong were top rankers in terms of regional economic vitality and the causes of the economic vitality of each category were then analyzed.The result showed that there were large differences in economic vitality between national logistics hub cities and non-national logistics hub cities.Finally,we presented some suggestions and measures for improving the regional economic vitality of the provinces and cities.
