专业联盟:幼儿园园本研训发展模式论析 被引量:1

摘要 园本研训对于解决幼儿园发展中的难题,促进卓越幼儿园教师在实践中养成具有重要意义。但专业引领的薄弱导致了园本研训的作用未得到充分发挥,为此可构建幼儿园、地方政府、地方师范院校三方协同,由园内主管领导、教研员、幼儿师范专业教师、幼儿园骨干教师、学前教育专业卓越师范生构成"五位一体"专业联盟模式,共同发挥专业引领的合力作用。此模式下开展相关制度建设、营造和谐的教研文化是基础,采用多元的专业引领方式是关键,提升园本研训内生动力是着力点,最终实现专业引领主体从参与专业引领到专业合作的嬗变。 Kindergarten-based research and training is of great significance in solving the problems in the development of kindergarten and promoting the cultivation of excellent kindergarten teachers in practice.However,due to the weakness of professional guidance,the role of kindergarten-based research and training has not been brought into full play,so we can build a tripartite coordination among kindergartens,local governments and local normal universities,and the "five-in-one" professional alliance model is composed of leaders in charge,teaching and research staff,preschool teachers,backbone kindergarten teachers and excellent normal students majoring in preschool education,which jointly play the joint role of professional guidance.Under this mode,the construction of relevant systems and the creation of a harmonious teaching and research culture is the foundation,and the adoption of diversified professional leadership is the key,and the promotion of the endogenous motivation of garden-based research and training is the focal point,the purpose of which is to realize the evolution of professional leaders from participating in professional guidance to professional cooperation.
