推动乡风文明建设路径研究——基于“功德银行”积分视角

Research on Ways to Promote the Construction of Rural Customs Civilization——Based on Merit Bank Integral Perspective

近年来,部分农村地区面临着乡情冷漠与村风退化、村民精神文化生活匮乏、留守老人缺乏陪伴以及乡村教育质量堪忧等困境。通过对何斯路村的实际调研,分析了“功德银行”积分的治理模式,它以志愿者积分的方式来鼓励村民多为何斯路村的美好发展建言献策、建立功绩、树立功德。实践结果表明这个路径显著改善了乡村的道德体系、充实了村民的精神世界、树立了孝老敬老道德新模范,并且帮助村民树立了正确的价值观,提升了乡村的教育质量,推动了乡风文明美好发展。

In recent years,most areas are faced with rural indifference and degradation of village customs;Villagers lack of spiritual and cultural life;Problems such as lack of companionship of left-behind old people and worrying quality of rural education,etc.Through the actual investigation of hesilu village,this paper studies the governance model of merit bank points,and the practice results show that this path has significantly improved the rural moral system.Enriched the spiritual world of the villagers;Set up a new moral model of filial piety and respect for the old and help the villagers set up the correct values;It has improved the quality of rural education and promoted the sound development of rural culture.
