在“美好生活”高质量发展需求背景下,公民对公共服务的需求不断增长,消费结构也在不断升级。面对这种需求转变,尽管近年来国家加大了养老、文化、教育培训等公共服务业领域的投入,我国的公共服务供给仍存在顶层设计不足、公共服务机构承受能力弱、供给与需求之间错位等现象。因此,推动"美好生活"背景下公共服务的有效供给改革关键在于公共服务“质”与“量”的供给调整、公共服务供给配套机制的优化以及公共服务多元共治格局的推进等。

Against the background of high-quality development needs for a"Better Life",citizens'demand for public services continues to grow,and their consumption structure is also continuously upgraded.In the face of this shift in demand,despite the recent increase in investment in public service industries such as pension,culture,education and training,China's public service supply still suffers from insufficient top-level design,weak public service institutions'affordability,and supply and demand.Dislocations and other phenomena.Therefore,the key to promoting the effective supply reform of public services in the context of"beautiful life"lies in the adjustment of the supply of"quality"and"quantity"of public services,the optimization of supporting mechanisms for the provision of public services,and the promotion of the multiple co-governance pattern of public services.
