摘要
“新冠肺炎”疫情对民族地区大学生就业和创业产生何种影响,如何积极面对一直是“疫情”以来相关部门及大学生特别关注的话题。此次疫情已给我国创业就业以及经济发展带来严重的冲击,疫情下我国的就业创业环境更加严峻,对劳动力市场产生了一定的负面影响。本文从经济发展、产业结构的视角分析“疫情”给民族地区大学生带来就业、创业的挑战,并从政策、商业模式、面试心理及技巧等方面提出对策。
A series of measures taken by the state,autonomous regions and various departments of colleges and universities is good news for the graduates in 2020,which to some extent alleviates the employment problem caused by the epidemic.From the perspective of economic development and industrial structure,this paper will analyze the challenges brought by"Novel corona virus pneumonia situation"to college students'employment and entrepreneurship,and how to deal with them actively.
