摘要
随着北京市基础教育新课程改革的推进以及中国学生发展核心素养体系的提出,学校教育越来越关注学生的身心发展,课程建设中越来越多地加入各种类型的体育、心理健康和生涯发展规划等课程。借鉴美国大学中促进学生心理健康方面的教学实践经验,得出如下启示:加大硬件投入,营造和谐轻松的物理环境和校园网络环境;加强纽带建设,增加学生接触生活、接触社会的机会;提高教师隐性心理课程意识,在教学中细润学生心灵。
With the promotion of the new curriculum reform of basic education in Beijing and the proposal of the core quality of Chinese students'development,school education and teaching are paying more and more attention to students'physical and mental development.Therefore,as a visiting scholar and trainer,I try to introduce the teaching practice of American university,hoping to provide some ideas and experience to mental health training in primary and secondary schools in China.
