高校学生党支部建设面临的内在“冲突”与超越

Internal “Conflict” and Transcendence Confronting the Construction of Student Party Branch in Universities

高校育人,党建铸魂。基层党支部是党在高校全部工作和战斗力的基础,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体。当前高校学生党支部建设存在基层党支部政治功能弱化,作用发挥有限;缺乏对工作对象特点的深入把握;学生党员活动经费未能全面落实;学生党支部干部队伍亟待加强;学生学员对组织生活不够重视等问题。新时代高校思想政治工作背景下,加强学生党支部建设要用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装学生党员,增强基层党组织政治功能;把学生党支部建设与积极培养发展大学生党员紧密结合起来;把学生党支部建设与打造网络党建平台紧密结合起来,充分发挥学生党支部的引领和保障作用。

University cultivates talents and Party building constitutes the soul, the grass-roots party branches are the basis for the overall work and competitiveness of universities and an important carrier to fulfill the university’s foundermental task of moral education and talents cultivation. However, the present construction of student Party branch in universities was found to be confronted with a series of problems, including the weakened political function and limited role playing of the grass-roots party branches, lack of in-depth grasp of the working object characteristics, not fully implemented activity funding for the student Party members,student Party branch’s carder team that requires to be strengthened urgently, and not enough attention of student Party members to regular Party activities. Under the background of university ideological and political work in the new era and in pursuit of better construction of student Party branch, it is recommended in this paper to equip the student Party members with Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with China’s characteristics in the new era to enhance the political function of grass-roots Party organizations, and to closely combine the construction of student Party branch with the active cultivation and development of college student party members and the building of online Party building platform to bring the leading and supporting role of the student Party branch into full play.
