基于生态文化旅游的乡村民宿发展研究--以宜昌乡村民宿为例

近年来我国旅游民宿业大热之后,行业无序发展、卫生安全、入住率下滑等问题开始暴露。从生态文化旅游的角度探讨宜昌乡村民宿的发展。通过对宜昌乡村民宿的调研,数据分析可知,住客需要有情怀的民宿主,但更需要安逸的住宿、优美的环境、乡土的文化和愉悦的体验。研究提出相关建议:找准主题是前提、生态环保是基础、文化设计是关键、体验服务是核心、制度规范是保障。打造宜昌乡土气息浓郁的乡村民宿,促进宜昌乡村振兴,促进宜昌旅游发展。

In recent years, after the popularity of tourism and home stay industry in China,the disordered development of the industry, health and safety, occupancy decline and other issues began to be exposed. The research group discusses the development of rural accommodation in Yichang from the perspective of eco-cultural tourism. Through the investigation of the rural homestay in Yichang and the data analysis of the survey,residents need emotional homestay owners, but a more need is comfortable accommodation, beautiful environment, local culture and pleasant experience. The research puts forward relevant suggestions, that is, the premise of finding out the theme, the foundation of protecting the environment, the key of designing the culture, the core of experiencing the service, and the guarantee of standardizing the system. To build rural homestay with strong local flavor is to promote the revitalization of Yichang rural areas, and the development of Yichang tourism.
