摘要
介绍了稻谷在储藏中常见的污染霉菌及其危害,讨论了现有的检测霉菌毒素的方法和霉菌的防控手段。提出利用微生物源、植物源等天然防霉剂对稻谷中的主要污染霉菌进行生物防控的方法。
The common contaminated molds and their hazards in rice storage were introduced. The existing methods for detecting, prevention and control myiotoxins were discussed. The biological prevention and control methods of main contaminated molds in rice by using natural antifungal agents such as microbial and plant sources were proposed.
