摘要
以金橘为原料,研究金橘苷的提取工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化金橘苷的提取工艺,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)法测定金橘苷的含量。结果表明:金橘苷提取工艺条件为甲醇浓度90%、料液比1∶50 (g/mL)、提取时间30 min、提取温度25℃,在此条件下金橘中金橘苷提取率达到1.451 1 mg/g。
With Fortunella margarita(Lour.) Swingle as raw materials, the technology for extracting process of fortunellin was studied. On the basis of single factor experiments, the response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extracting process, and UPLC method was used to determinate the content of fortunellin. The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions of fortunellin were as follows: methanol concentration 90 %, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 50(g/mL), extraction time 30 min, and extraction temperature 25 ℃. Under these conditions, the fortunellin content from Fortunella margarita(Lour.) Swingle was 1.451 1 mg/g.
