摘要
科技创新的大环境对单位图书信息的收集提出了更高难度的新挑战。各级图书馆/室的采购预算与各方面的需求之间,永远处在供不应求的相对矛盾中。通过文献研究法,文章讨论了图书信息采购决策的相关过程对多方面开放的思考。
The environment of scientific and technological innovation poses a new challenge to the collection of unit book information. There is always a relative contradiction between the purchase budget of libraries at all levels and the demand in all aspects. Through the literature research method, this paper discusses the thought of opening the related process of book information purchasing decision to many aspects.
