摘要
本文分别采用便携式里氏硬度计和超声波硬度计测量带硬面涂层的极片轧辊表面硬度,结果表明:采用便携式里氏硬度计测量的硬度远低于实际硬度,而超声波硬度计测量的结果与实际结果非常相近。另外,超声波硬度计测试零件表面硬度时对工件表面损伤非常小的特点,特别适合于各种带有涂层零件表面硬度的现场在线测量。
In this work,the portable Leeb hardness tester and the ultrasonic hardness tester were used to measure the surface hardness of the pole-piece roll with hard surface coating,respectively.The results show that the hardness measured by the portable Leeb hardness tester was much lower than the actual hardness,while the result measured by the ultrasonic hardness tester was very similar to the actual result.In addition,the ultrasonic hardness tester has a very small damage to the surface of the workpiece,which is very suitable for on-line measurement of the surface hardness of various coated parts.
