摘要
粉煤灰在建筑材料中运用越来越广泛,建筑材料中存在放射性问题,逐渐受到了人们的广泛关注。采用多道Y能谱仪对粉煤灰放射性的测量值只是被测量的估计值,测量值可能有无穷多个,但分散性通常是有界的,按照GB 6566-2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》规定,需符合不确定度的要求,通过不确定来评定粉煤灰放射性测得值尤为重要。
