摘要
对船舶机舱内主要旋转机械(包括分油机、机舱泵浦、增压器轴承、辅助鼓风机和中间轴承)的表面振动进行测试,并对测试系统的组成和振动测点布置进行介绍。对振动信号的时域波形和频谱进行分析,证实这些典型船舶机舱旋转机械具有与陆上旋转机械相同的振动特性,其频谱都具有与基频成整数倍关系的频率特征,为船舶设备的状态监测和故障诊断提供一种实用的监测方法。
This study carries out surface vibration testing for the major rotating machinery and equipment in the marine engine room(including oil separators,pumps,turbocharger bearings and intermediate bearings),and introduces the composition of the testing system and the distribution of the vibration measurement locations.The time domain and frequency domain vibration signals are analyzed.The result proves that these typical marine rotating machineries have the same vibration characteristics as those on land,and their frequency spectrum has the characteristics of integral times of the basic frequency.This study provides a method for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of marine equipment.
