玻纤增强柔性管抗外压性能研究

摘要 对外压载荷下玻纤增强柔性管的力学性能进行研究,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立外压模型,提取管道可承受的最大外压,以验证数值分析方法的正确性。对玻纤增强柔性管进行外压试验,比较数值分析结果与试验得到的最大外压值的差异。结果表明,数值分析结果与试验得到的最大外压值的吻合度很高,提出的理论公式可用来计算玻纤增强柔性管可承受的最大外压值,为工程实践提供指导。 Mechanical properties of the glass fiber reinforced flexible pipe under external pressure are studied.A model under external pressure is established using ABAQUS finite element software,where the maximum external pressures on the pipe are measured to verify whether the numerical analysis method is correct.During the external pressure test,the maximum external pressure values obtained through numerical analysis and through experiment are compared.It is found that maximum external pressure values from numerical analysis agree very well with those from experiment,which indicate that the theoretical formula proposed in this paper can be used to calculate the maximum external pressure of the glass fiber reinforced pipe,and to guide engineering practice.
