摘要
我国高等医学教育发展较快,一度随着高校扩招呈现粗放式发展模式,招生数量与教学规模的扩大与教育资源不匹配,从而降低了教育教学的质量,制约了高等院校的发展。高等医学教育在国内外都是一个高层次的教育专业,发展医学教育离不开提高教育教学水平。这就要求在进行医学教育时要树立高质量的教育观念。多年来,医学教育长期采用教师授课、医学生被动接受知识的教学方法。如何提高教学质量,培养学生运用专业知识和解决实际临床工作问题的能力,是当前国内外教学工作者的普遍重视的问题。如何培养医学生临床能力、提高教学质量是教学基地不可推卸的责任。带教老师可以从教学方法、职业化素养、医患沟通等方面锤炼自己,同时学生可以在带教老师放手不放眼、寓教于行的实践式教学过程中逐步成长。
At present,it can be found that the insufficient facilities for educational resources incurred by indiscriminate expansion of teaching scale throughout the current status of medical education and teaching in China,which seriously lags the quality of education and teaching,and challenges the development of colleges and universities.Medical education is a special education specialty,and it has to serve the quality of education and teaching.Thus,the right view on education quality should be established to instruct the medical education.For many years,medical education has long adopted teaching methods in which teachers teach and medical students passively receive.How to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate students’ability to use professional knowledge and solve practical clinical work problems has been widely concerned by teaching staff at home and abroad.How to cultivate medical students’clinical ability and improve teaching quality is an unshakeable duty of teaching bases.The clinical teacher can improve himself in terms of teaching methods,professional literacy,doctor-patient communication,etc.At the same time,students can develop themselves through practical teaching process in a manner of focusing education on practice and action developed by clinical teachers.
