温针灸配合中药对膝骨关节炎患者关节功能的影响

Effects of warming acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的评价温针灸联合中药治疗膝骨关节炎患者对其关节功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年11月~2018年11月收治的膝骨关节炎患者67例为本研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组33例与观察组34例;对照组采用中药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加行温针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后关节功能及疗效情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者中医症状评分均有所改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者KSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者KSS评分均有所改善,但观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合中药治疗膝骨关节炎能有效改善患者关节功能,提升治疗效果,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of warming acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 67 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(34 cases).The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine while the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture on basis of the control group.The joint function and curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06%,significantly higher than that in the control group(81.82%),the difference in data between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores of the two groups were improved,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference in data between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in KSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,KSS scores of the two groups were improved,but the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference in data between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the joint function of patients and improve curative effects,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
