祛痰定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床观察

Clinical observation of Qutan Dingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

目的观察祛痰定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的效果,为中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作提供依据。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月曲靖市中医医院肺病科60例支气管哮喘急性发作期轻、中度患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予西医常规治疗同时给予祛痰定喘汤治疗,观察两组患者病情变化及相关指标的变化。结果两组治疗方案均可改善支气管哮喘急性发作患者中医证候、肺功能、FeNO,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛痰定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Qutan Dingchuan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,and to provide a basis for the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 60 cases patients with mild or moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated in department of pulmonology,Qujing City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional treatment with western medicine.The observation group was given Qutan Dingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes in the conditions and related indicators were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,lung function,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in the two groups were improved by both methods,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qutan Dingchuan decoction is effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma during acute exacerbation period.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
