甲状腺结节患者接受加减消瘿软坚汤治疗效果观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of Xiaoying Ruanjian decoction plus-minus treatment in patients with thyroid nodules

目的观察甲状腺结节患者接受加减消瘿软坚汤治疗效果。方法随机选取2017年8月~2019年8月我院甲状腺结节患者158例,随机分为左甲状腺素片单独治疗组(n=79)和左甲状腺素片联合加减消瘿软坚汤治疗组(联合治疗组,n=79)两组,统计分析两组患者的最大结节直径、症候积分、临床疗效。结果联合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的最大结节直径、症候积分降低幅度均显著高于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗的总有效率方面,联合治疗组为77.2%(61/79),单独治疗组为24.1%(19/79),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节患者接受加减消瘿软坚汤治疗效果好,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaoying Ruanjian decoction plus-minus treatment in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods 158 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly selected,and the patients were randomly divided into levothyroxine tablet alone treatment group(single treatment group,n=79)and levothyroxine tablet combined with Xiaoying Ruanjian decoction plus-minus treatment group(combination treatment group,n=79).The maximum nodule diameter,symptom score,and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The reductions of maximum nodule diameter and symptom score after treatment compared with those before treatment in the combination group was significantly higher than those in the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 77.2%(61/79),that of the single treatment group was 24.1%(19/79).The former was significantly higher than the latter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoying Ruanjian decoction plus-minus treatment in patients with thyroid nodules has good treatment effects,which is worthy of clinical application.
