高频超声诊断早孕期胎儿发育异常的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析在早孕期胎儿发育异常诊断中应用高频超声的临床价值。方法2017年3月~2019年3月从东莞市横沥医院超声科选取47例早孕期胎儿发育异常孕妇,所选孕妇均经临床证实,分别通过常规超声检查和高频超声检查,对两种检查方式的检查结果进行分析和对比。结果47例早孕期胎儿发育异常孕妇中,NT增厚20例,水囊瘤10例,鼻骨缺失4例,肢体异常3例,无脑儿2例,脐膨出、脐部囊肿、小下颌、腹裂、内脏反位、静脉导管a波反向、消化道狭窄、膈疝、全前脑、心脏异常、脑膨出、脉络膜囊肿各1例;高频超声检查诊断出42例,诊断准确率为89.36%,NT增厚16例,水囊瘤7例,鼻骨缺失3例,肢体异常2例,无脑儿2例,脐膨出、脐部囊肿、小下颌、腹裂、内脏反位、静脉导管a波反向、消化道狭窄、膈疝、全前脑、心脏异常、脑膨出、脉络膜囊肿各1例;常规超声检查诊断出34例,诊断准确率为72.34%,NT增厚11例,水囊瘤5例,鼻骨缺失2例,肢体异常2例,无脑儿2例,脐膨出、脐部囊肿、小下颌、腹裂、内脏反位、静脉导管a波反向、消化道狭窄、膈疝、全前脑、心脏异常、脑膨出、脉络膜囊肿各1例;高频超声检查的诊断准确率高于常规超声检查(P<0.05)。结论在早孕期胎儿发育异常诊断中,高频超声的诊断准确率高于常规超声。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities at early pregnancy.Methods Forty-seven women pregnant with fetal abnormalities at early pregnancy from Dongguan Hengli Hospital were selected from March 2017 to March 2019.All the pregnant women were clinically confirmed through conventional ultrasonography and high-frequency ultrasonography respectively,and the examination results of these two methods were analyzed and compared.Results Among 47 women pregnant with fetal abnormalities at early pregnancy,there were 20 cases with NT thickening,10 cases with hygroma,4 cases with absence of nasal bone,3 cases with limb abnormalities,2 cases with anencephalus,and each one case with omphalocele,umbilical cyst,micrognathia,gastroschisis,situs inversus viscerum,ductus venosus a-wave reversion,digestive duct stenosis,diaphragmatic hernia,holoprosencephaly,cardiac abnormity,encephalocele and choroid plexus cyst;High-frequency ultrasonography has made the diagnosis for 42 cases,with diagnosis accuracy of 89.36%,in which 16 cases with NT thickening,7 cases with hygroma,3 cases with absence of nasal bone,2 cases with limb abnormalities,2 cases with anencephalus,each one case with omphalocele,umbilical cyst,micrognathia,gastroschisis,situs inversus viscerum,ductus venosus a-wave reversion,digestive duct stenosis,diaphragmatic hernia,holoprosencephaly,cardiac abnormity,encephalocele and choroid plexus cyst.While the conventional ultrasonography has made diagnosis for 34 cases,with diagnosis accuracy of 72.34%,in which 11 cases with NT thickening,5 cases with hygroma,2 cases with absence of nasal bone,2 cases with limb abnormalities,2 cases with anencephalus,each one case with omphalocele,umbilical cyst,micrognathia,gastroschisis,situs inversus viscerum,ductus venosus a-wave reversion,digestive duct stenosis,diaphragmatic hernia,holoprosencephaly,cardiac abnormity,encephalocele and choroid plexus cyst.The diagnosis accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography was higher than that of conventional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities at early pregnancy.
