护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的价值分析

Value analysis of nursing risk management in ICU nursing management

目的探讨护理风险管理在ICU护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取本院2014年10月~2018年10月ICU重症患者278例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者139例实施常规护理管理,观察组患者139例实施护理风险管理,于护理前后行生活质量评分,比较两组患者护理质量、风险事件、满意度情况。结果两组患者护理后生活质量评分(躯体活动、情绪反应、睡眠、精力)较护理前显著增加(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后生活质量评分(躯体活动、情绪反应、睡眠、精力)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理质量(基础护理评分、文书书写评分、器械药品管理评分、急救知识技能评分)、患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者风险事件发生率、患者投诉率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理可提高ICU护理管理质量,降低不良事件的发生风险。

Objective To investigate the application value of nursing risk management in ICU nursing management.Methods 278 critical patients in ICU at our hospital from October 2014 to October 2018 were selected,and divided into two groups using the random number table method.139 patients in the control group were performed with routine nursing management,while 139 patients in the observation group were performed with nursing risk management.Before and after nursing,quality of life score was performed to compare the nursing quality,risk events and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The quality of life score(physical activity,emotional response,sleep and energy)of the two groups of patients increased significantly after nursing compared with that before nursing(P<0.05).The quality of life score(physical activity,emotional response,sleep and energy)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality(score of basic nursing,score of instrument writing,score of instrument and drug management,and score of first-aid knowledge and skills)and satisfaction of patients inthe observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events and complaint rate of patients in the observation group of patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve the quality of ICU nursing management,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
