职业模拟阶段性训练模式应用于精神分裂症患者的效果分析

Analysis on the effects of occupational simulation periodical training mode in patients with schizophrenia

目的分析职业模拟阶段性训练模式应用于精神分裂症患者的效果。方法选取茂名市第三人民医院康复中心2018年11月~2019年9月治疗的100例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,对比患者训练前后的BPRS评分、SDSS评分及IPROS评分。结果患者训练后的BPRS评分、SDSS评分、IPORS评分显著好于训练前(P<0.05)。结论职业模拟阶段性训练模式对精神分裂症患者治疗具有一定的疗效,不仅可以改善患者精神分裂症状况,同时也可以改善患者情绪,对于患者的精神分裂修复具有重要帮助,因此在临床应用中,可将职业模拟阶段性训练模式与精神分裂症患者管理结合,从而提升患者管理质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of occupational simulation periodical training mode in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia treated at the Rehabilitation Center of Maoming Third People’s Hospital from November 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects.BPRS,SDSS,IPORS score before and after training of patients were compared.Results BPRS,SDSS,IPORS score of patients after training was significantly better than that before training(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational simulation periodical training mode has certain efficacy on the treatment of patients with schizophrenia,which can not only improve the condition of patients with schizophrenia,but also improve the mood of patients,and has important help for the schizophrenic repair of patients.Therefore,in the future clinical application,the occupational simulation periodical training mode shall be combined with the management of patients with schizophrenia,so as to improve the quality of patient management.
