中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术治疗胸腔积液的效果及并发症发生率影响分析

Application value of thoracic close drainage with center intravenous catheter in tuberculosis pleural effusion and the influence on the incidence of complications

目的分析中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术治疗胸腔积液的效果及并发症发生率影响。方法选取我院2017年6月21日~2019年6月21日收治的胸腔积液患者53例,根据随机对照原则分为两组,参照组26例患者实施传统胸腔穿刺术治疗,研讨组27例患者实施中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术治疗,比较分析其疗效及并发症发生率。结果研讨组治疗总有效率为96.30%,明显高于参照组(73.08%),而其并发症发生率为11.11%,明显低于参照组(34.62%),同时研讨组4项疗效指标均较参照组有较大程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流术治疗胸腔积液的效果令人满意,同时并发症发生率也得以明显下降,安全高效。

Objective To analyze the effect of thoracic close drainage with center intravenous catheter in tuberculosis pleural effusion and the influence on the incidence of complications.Methods 53 patients with pleural effusion treated in our hospital from June 21,2017 to June 21,2019 were divided into 2 groups according to the principle of randomized control.The control group(n=26)was treated with traditional thoracentesis,and the study group(n=27)was given closed thoracic drainage with a central venous catheter.The effects and complications were analyzed between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the study group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than 73.08%in the control group;the incidence rate of complications was 11.11%,which was significantly lower than 34.62%in the control group;the four efficacy indicators of the study group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter is effective in treating pleural effusion.At the same time,the incidence of complications can be significantly reduced.It is safe and effective.
