摘要
目的探讨胃癌术后发生消化道瘘的高危因素。方法回顾性分析2015-10-2018-09间郑州大学第一附属医院收治的761例确诊为胃癌并行胃癌根治术患者的临床资料。结果糖尿病病史、白蛋白水平下降>16%,以及开腹手术是发生消化道瘘的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论围手术期控制血糖水平、给予营养支持、纠正低蛋白血症,以及行腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术,可降低消化道瘘的发生概率。
Objective To study the risk factors of gastriontestinal fistula after gastric cancer surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 761 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer complicated with radical gastrectomy admitted to the first affiliated medical school of zhengzhou university from 2015-10 to 2018-09.Results History of diabetes, a decrease in albumin levels >16%, and open surgery were independent risk factors for gastrointestinal fistula(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative control of blood sugar levels, nutritional support, correction of hypoproteinemia, and laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can reduce the probability of gastrointestinal fistula.
