过渡期干预对前列腺切除术后患者排尿功能、生活质量和性生活的影响

Influence of transitional nursing interventions on the micturition function, life quality and sexual life of patients after prostatectomy

目的研究过渡期干预对前列腺切除术后患者排尿功能、生活质量和性生活的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院诊治的行经尿道前列腺电切术的80例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例患者。实验组患者在对照组患者常规护理干预基础上予以过渡期护理干预,对照组患者予以常规护理干预。比较两组患者术后排尿功能、生活质量和性生活的影响。结果实验组患者排尿恢复正常所需时间显著短于对照组患者,且在尿痛、尿频、尿失禁、迟发性血尿发生率上均显著低于对照组患者,两组差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者实施过渡期护理干预,能够有效改善患者术后排尿功能,提高患者生活质量,促进患者性生活正常化进程。

Objective To study the influence of transitional nursing interventions on the micturition function, life quality and sexual life of patients after prostatectomy. Methods 80 patients underwent transurethral resection of prostate(TURP) from July 2017 to July 2018 in the Second People′s Hospital of Liangshan Prefecture were selected and randomly assigned to two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was served with routine nursing care, on which basis the experiment group was served with nursing interventions at the transitional period. The micturition function, life quality and sexual life were probed. Results The micturition recovery time in the experiment group was shorter than that of control group while the incidence rates of odynuria, frequent urination, urinary incontinence and delayed hematuresis were lower than those in control group, all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the life quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the life quality scores in the experiment group were better than those of control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The transitional nursing interventions can improve the patient′s micturition function, life quality and sexual life.
