V字型包皮整形术在成人包茎患者治疗中的疗效及预后分析

Therapeutic effect and prognosis of V-shaped foreskin in the treatment of adult phimosis patients

目的探究V字型包皮整形术在成人包茎患者治疗中的疗效及预后,为患者的治疗提供参考。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月诊治的97例因包茎需要包皮切除的成年患者的临床治疗情况作为研究对象。按照患者治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组(47例)和对照组(50例),观察组患者采用V字型包皮整形术进行治疗,对照组采用传统包皮环切术进行治疗。分析两组患者临床治疗效果、对美观的满意程度、各项手术指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者经过治疗后,治疗的总有效率为95.7%,总满意率为93.6%,明显高于对照组(95.7%、84.0%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经过治疗后,患者手术时间、术后持续疼痛时间以及切口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率为17.0%,明显低于对照组(66.0%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对成人包茎患者行V字型包皮整形术后,患者临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,因其避免了传统手术造成的形态不协调、瘢痕明显等情况,美观良好,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognosis of V-shaped foreskin surgery in the treatment of adult phimosis patients,in order to provide references for the treatment of patients.Methods The clinical treatment of 97 adult patients who needed circumcision from March 2016 to March 2018 was selected as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group(47 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to the different treatment methods of the patients.In the observation group,the patients were treated with V-shaped circumcision and the control group with traditional circumcision.To analyze the clinical effect of the two groups of patients,the degree of satisfaction with beauty,various surgical indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.7%and 93.6 respectively,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.7%,84.0%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients′operation time,duration of postoperative pain and time of incision healing were shorter than those of the control group and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,all with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group(17.0%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(66.0%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions V-shaped foreskin puncture is of significant clinical effect for adult patients with phimosis,with low incidence of adverse reactions.Since it avoids the situation of uncoordinated pattern and obvious scar caused by traditional surgery,it is of good appearance and high patient satisfaction.
