宫瘤消胶囊联合达那唑胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果及安全性研究

Clinical efficacy and safety of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with Danazole capsule in the treatment of endometriosis

目的探讨宫瘤消胶囊联合达那唑胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症,对患者激素水平、治疗效果、以及远期安全性的影响。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月深圳市龙华区人民医院诊治的130例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例患者。对照组行达那唑治疗方案,观察组行达那唑、宫瘤消联合治疗方案。比较治疗前后激素水平变化、治疗前后疼痛情况及对日常生活工作影响情况、治疗效果以及治疗后随访情况。结果治疗前两组患者激素水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗前后两组患者FSH、LH无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者E2、PRL、P较治疗前有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者E2、PRL、P优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS评分及kupperman评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者VAS评分及kupperman评分较治疗前有改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者VAS评分及kupperman评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗总有效率分别为92.30%和78.46%,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率及1年妊娠率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者1年复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者行宫瘤消胶囊联合达那唑胶囊治疗,能够有效改善患者激素水平及疼痛情况,提高治疗效果及降低复发率,安全性高,具有进一步探讨的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gongliuxiao capsule combined with Danazol capsule on the hormone level,therapeutic effect and long-term safety in patients with endometriosis.Methods 130 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 patients in each.The control group was treated with Danazol capsule,on the basis of which the observation group was treated with Gongliuxiao capsule.The changes in hormone levels before and after treatment,pain before and after treatment,influence on daily life and work,therapeutic effect and follow-up after treatment were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant change in FSH and LH in the two groups between before and after treatment(P>0.05).E2,PRL,P in the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05)and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and Kupperman score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS and Kupperman scores were improved in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(92.30%)was higher than that in the control group(78.46%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and 1-year pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of endometriosis patients with Gonglixiao capsule combined with Danazol capsule can effectively improve the hormone level,pain and therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate with high safety,which is of clinical significance for further discussion.
