摘要
采用公正世界信念量表、情绪智力量表和自尊量表对西部某省417名大学生进行调查。结果显示:公正世界信念、自尊与大学生情绪智力呈显著相关;公正世界信念和自尊对大学生情绪智力均存在正向预测作用;自尊在大学生公正世界信念与情绪智力之间起部分中介作用。结论:公正世界信念在一定程度下可以直接影响情绪智力,而且还可以通过自尊间接影响情绪智力。
A total of 417 college students were surveyed using the belief in a just world scale,self-esteem scale and emotional intelligence scale.The results show that the belief in a just world and self-esteem are significantly correlated with the emotional intelligence of college students.The belief in a just world and self-esteem have positive predictive effects on college students'emotional intelligence.Self-esteem plays a part in mediating between college students'belief in a just world and emotional intelligence.Conclusion:The belief in a just world can directly affect emotional intelligence to a certain extent,and it can also affect emotional intelligence indirectly through self-esteem.
