摘要
本文从高校辅导员职业认同的涵义角度出发,通过分析职业认同视角下高校辅导员职业能力提升面临的困境,即主动性不足、职业能力发展缺乏规划、职业能力评价缺乏科学性与行业体制有待完善等四方面,提出了高校辅导员职业能力提高的参考性建议。
From the point of view of the meaning of college counselors’ professional identity, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by college counselors’ professional ability improvement from the perspective of professional identity, namely, the lack of initiative, the lack of planning for the development of professional ability, the lack of scientific evaluation of professional ability and the need to improve the industry system, which are only for the reference of college counselors’ professional ability improvement.
