独立学院“保险学”课程教学改革探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of the "Insurance" Course in Independent Colleges

为适应新形势下保险行业对应用型人才的需求,独立学院需要转变传统的教学理念,积极探索"保险学"课程教学改革。文章分析了当前独立学院"保险学"教学中存在的教材内容更新不及时、教学重理论轻实践、教学方法单一、师资队伍素养有待提高等问题,并针对问题提出相应的教学改革建议。

In order to meet the needs of the insurance industry for applied and technical talents in the new situation, independent colleges need to change the traditional teaching concept and actively explore the teaching reform of the "Insurance" course. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching of the "Insurance" course in independent colleges, such as the untimely updating of teaching materials, the emphasis on theory rather than practice in teaching, the single teaching method, and needing improvement of the quality of teachers, and make suggestions for teaching reform.
