增强校企合作,强化高职院校社会服务意识

校企合作是学校与企业之间建立的一种合作模式,是社会行业联合的大方向,也是深化产教融合的又一创举。社会服务是高职院校的重要职能,也是高职院校自身发展和区域经济发展的需要。随着横向课题的发展,高职院校的社会服务的意识不断提升。高职院校应当准确定位,充分认识开展社会服务的重要性和必要性,完善服务机制和体制,从而有针对性地开展社会服务,充分发挥校、企、学生三方优势,为企业提供更多高素质实用型人才和高水平技术,为学生提供社会实践平台,帮助大学生提早适应社会,为建设优秀的"双师型"师资队伍提供契机,实现横向课题质和量的提升,进一步强化高职院校的社会服务意识。

School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of cooperation mode established by both colleges and enterprises, which,as a pioneering work, plays a leading role in school-enterprise liaison and deepens the integration of industry and education.Higher vocational colleges are also committed to social service,which is also the need of their own development and regional economic development. With the development of horizontal project, the awareness of social service in higher vocational colleges has been improved. Higher vocational colleges should accurately position themselves, and be fully aware of the importance and necessity of social services, improve the service mechanism and system, in order to carry out targeted social services. Besides,colleges could make the best use of the advantages of college,enterprise and students, provide more high-quality practical talents and high-level technology for enterprises, provide social practice platform for students, help college students to adapt to the society in advance, provide opportunities for the construction of excellent "double title" teaching staff, and realize horizontal project quality, and further strengthen the social service consciousness of higher vocational colleges.
