摘要
当前我国高职院校迎来了黄金发展期。高职高专是专科(大专)层次的普通高等学校,是我国高等教育体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。在"三全育人"大格局下,应将育人模式贯穿高职学生生涯三大板块(入学起点、就读重点、毕业结点),在学生育人路径中开展导师制工作(思想导师、素质导师、职业导师),全面促进学生第一课堂与"第二课堂"的有机融合。打造多渠道、多形式的活动平台,深入推进"三全育人"工作,构建双向组合拳的育人模式,拓宽高职学生职业能力培养体系,助力学生成长成才取得实效。
At present, higher vocational colleges are ushering in a golden period of development in China. Higher vocational colleges are ordinary colleges at the level of junior colleges and are an indispensable and important part of China’s higher education system. At present, in the context of the "all-round education" pattern, through the integration of the education model into the three major modules of higher vocational college students’ careers(starting point of enrollment, key point of study, ending point of graduation), the tutorial system is carried out in the path of student education(ideology tutor, quality tutor, career tutor), and the organic integration of students’ first classroom and "second classroom" is comprehensively promoted,so as to facilitate the growth and success of students from creating a multi-channel and multi-form activity platform, further promoting the "all-round education" pattern, constructing a two-way combined education model, and broadening the training system of higher vocational college students’ vocational ability.
