摘要
培训已经成为酒店人力资源管理中的重要角色,但国内很多酒店还没有形成制度和规范的培训体系,过度看重酒店自身的利益,在对人才的储备上,缺乏培养与积累,忽略培训的意义。本文基于这样的背景,选择了以贵阳索菲特酒店的培训体系为研究对象,并提出改进的建议,以期对我国酒店业的发展起一定的借鉴作用。
Training has become an important role in hotel human resource management, but many domestic hotels have not yet formed a standardized training system. They over-value the hotel’s own interests, lack training and accumulation of reserve talents, and ignore the significance of training. Based on this background, this paper selects the training system of Sofitel Guiyang Hunter as the research object and puts forward suggestions for improvement, hoping to provide reference for the development of China’s hotel industry.
