摘要
针对产业集群与颠覆性技术创新之间的影响机制展开研究,通过调整产业集群创新网络结构促进产业集群内部颠覆性技术创新的发生,改善产业集群发展现状。基于社会网络理论建立创新网络结构、双元性学习、颠覆性创新三者之间的理论模型,以上海"张江药谷"医药行业134家企业、研究机构等作为调研样本,通过问卷调查以及专利分析收集样本数据进行实证分析。通过多元回归分析检验发现,"张江药谷"医药行业创新网络结构的位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞3个网络性质对颠覆性创新具有显著的正向影响;利用式学习在创新网络结构的位置中心性、网络稳定性以及网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用;探索式学习在位置中心性、网络稳定性与颠覆性创新之间起中介作用,在网络结构洞与颠覆性创新之间没有中介效应。以期对帮助企业通过改善创新网络结构、促进颠覆性创新提供参考。
This paper focuses on the influence mechanism between industrial cluster and disruptive technological innovation,and improves the development status of industrial cluster by adjusting the innovation network structure of industrial cluster to promote the occurrence of disruptive technological innovation within industrial cluster.Based on the theory of social network,the paper establishes a theoretical model among innovation network structure,ambidexterity learning and disruptive innovation,taking 134 pharmaceutical industry enterprises and research institutions in Zhangjiang,Shanghai as research samples,makes an empirical analysis by collecting sample data through questionnaire and patent analysis.Through Multiple regression analysis,the paper finds that the location centrality,network stability and network structure hole of innovation network structure have a significant positive impact on disruptive innovation;exploratory learning plays an intermediary role between location centrality,network stability,and disruptive innovation,but there is no intermediary effect between network structure hole and disruptive innovation.The study aims to provide reference for helping enterprises to promote disruptive innovation by improving innovation network structure.
