摘要
数字供应链金融具有精准性管理服务、网络型信用传递和智能化风险控制的禀赋特性,可以契合科技型企业高质量发展对金融创新的要求。基于数字化技术渗透影响的视角,探讨供应链金融创新模式在科技型企业应用的运作流程和关键控制点设计,并针对现阶段数字供应链金融服务科技型企业过程中可能存在的风险管控、技术应用和法律体系等约束条件,提出应该把控风险源头规避风险、加快数字技术赋能生态创新以及健全法律体系规范发展等对策建议。
Digital supply chain finance has the endowment characteristics of precision management services,networkbased credit transfer and intelligent risk control,which can meet the requirements of high-quality development of science and technology enterprises for financial innovation.Based on the perspective of the impact of digital technology penetration,this paper discusses the operation flow and key control point design of the application of supply chain financial innovation model in science and technology enterprises,also analyzes the constraints of risk management,technology application,and legal system that may exist when digital supply chain finance is applied to science and technology enterprises at this stage.Therefore,the paper puts forward countermeasures such as controlling the source of risks to avoid risks,accelerating digital technology to enable ecological innovation,and improving the legal system to regulate development.
