智力资本国际研究的知识结构及其动态演化——基于2001-2018年间SSCI期刊的文献计量分析

Knowledge Structure and Dynamic Evolution of International Intellectual Capital Research: Based on Bibliometric Analysis of SSCI Journals from 2001 to 2018

智力资本作为一个新兴的研究领域,国际上的相关研究处于经济、管理等学科的前沿。将"智力资本"作为主题词,以2001-2018年间社会科学引文索引(SSCI)收录的1454篇文献为样本,分析国际上智力资本研究领域的知识结构及其动态演化过程。分析结果表明:智力资本的知识结构包括知识型创业研究、组织信息管理研究、企业知识价值研究和企业竞争优势研究4个部分;目前智力资本研究的主题还处于发展阶段,创业和知识产权与风险投资的关系、组织管理优化和信息披露对管理的促进、知识管理和无形资产对绩效的提升、企业创新和竞争优势的强化成为学者们研究的热点。

As a new research field, intellectual capital is at the forefront of economics and management in the world. Taking "intellectual capital" as the key word, taking 1 454 literatures included in SSCI from 2001 to 2018 as samples, this paper analyzes the knowledge structure and its dynamic evolution process in the field of intellectual capital research in the world. The results show that the knowledge structure of intellectual capital includes four parts: knowledge-based entrepreneurship research, organization information management research, enterprise knowledge value research and enterprise competitive advantage research. At present, the topic of intellectual capital research is still in the development stage, the relationship between entrepreneurship, intellectual property and venture capital, the optimization of organizational management and the promotion of information disclosure to management, the improvement of knowledge management and intangible assets to performance and the enhancement of enterprise innovation and competitive advantage have become the hot spots of scholars’ research.
