上市公司的知识产权信息披露及其价值相关性

Intellectual Property Information Disclosure and Value Relevance of Listed Companies

以我国信息科技行业中48家上市公司为研究对象,在知识产权信息披露指数的基础上采用实证分析法,利用指数法构建知识产权信息披露评价指数,统计各研究对象的托宾Q值、资产负债率、净资产收益率,并以知识产权信息披露指数得分和托宾Q值为变量建立多元线性回归方程,分析上市公司知识产权信息披露情况与公司价值之间的相关关系。实证结果表明:样本公司间知识产权信息披露状况存在较为明显的差异;信息披露对公司价值有显著性影响并呈正相关关系。以期为促进我国企业提升知识产权信息披露动力、改进知识产权信息披露质量提供参考。

Based on the intellectual property information disclosure index,this paper uses the empirical analysis method to construct the evaluation index of intellectual property information disclosure,statistics the Tobin Q value,assetliability ratio,return on net assets of each research object,and establishes multiple linear regression equation with the intellectual property information disclosure index score and Tobin Q value as variables,and analyzes the relationship between the intellectual property information disclosure situation of listed companies and the company value.The empirical results show that there are obvious differences in the disclosure of intellectual property information among the sample companies,and there is a positive correlation between the information disclosure and the value of the company.The paper aims to provide reference for promoting Chinese enterprises to enhance the power of intellectual property information disclosure and improve the quality of intellectual property information disclosure.
