摘要
本文从民办高职院校的视域维度,研究思政课青年教师在马克思主义理论素养。现状--发展势头总体较好,但部分教师理论功底不足、队伍结构畸形、教师流动太大,经分析原因是公办和民办体制不对等、民办高职内部机制不健全。提出破解这一难题要从教师政府、学校和个人三个层面精准发力,找准培养提升思政课青年教师理论素养的路径,进而激发教师爱教、学生爱学的积极性,真正解决好为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、怎样培养人这一立德树人根本问题。
From the perspective of private vocational colleges, this paper studies the ideological and political course of young teachers in the Marxist theoretical quality. Current situation--the overall development momentum is good, but some teachers’ theoretical foundation is insufficient, the team structure is abnormal, the teacher flow is too large, the reason is that the public and private institutions are not equal, private higher vocational internal mechanism is not sound. Crack the problem put forward from three aspects: the government, schools and teachers personal precision, for develop education courses the path of the young teachers theoretical accomplishment, to stimulate the teachers’ enthusiasm, the students’ love to learn, good real solution for who cultivate people and cultivating what kind of person, how to cultivate the students a person’s underlying problems.
